Introduction on Zodiac Archetypes
Introduction to Elements and Zodiac Archetypes
Archetypes are universal energies that are embodied in the collective. These aspects of humanity appear in each member of that society through its behavior, historical psychology, and the collective field of consciousness.
The word Archetype comes from Greek from arkhe- ‘primitive’ + tupos ‘a model’ means ‘something molded first as a model.’ This definition reflects that the origin of all of our individual personalities is molded from a collective origin.
Traditionally, Jungian psychology defines an archetype as "universal, archaic symbols and images that derive from the collective unconscious" that describe innate unspecific awareness derived from the sum of human history and include universal characters such as The Explorer, The Hero, The Ruler, and the Outlaw, to name a few.
There are also archetypes in astrology that are found in the zodiac signs. Think of the zodiac as the progression of the life path for a person. There are times when that archetype is predominant in that phase of life, and times when it is less expressed.
The main thing to realize is that all of them ARE you.
This mini-course on how to embody the astrological archetypes is meant to awaken the mystery of who you really are.
The astrological zodiac holds the secret of archetypal powers and the universal Truths that we all share as embodied beings. Part of their power comes from the elements that they embody. Each of these archetypes is a vibration of the elemental nature that they embody. We will cover these in the following lessons:
The Zodiac Elemental Archetypal Allies

Knowing this about yourself will greatly help you to know what purpose you have in the world. Conversely, knowing which ones you feel are not your predominant energy will assist you in understanding it in others. It also helps to know all of them because all are found within you. Some are more your driving force, but others are also necessary for your well-being and balanced life.
All are needed for the whole.
After you complete this mini-course, you will have learned what your predominant archetype energies are, and how to cultivate the powers of the others to unlock your fullest potential.
