Embodied Mystery School is a deep dive into the heart and soul of who you really are so that you remember what your soul's purpose is, feel connected to your Truth, and know how to navigate your life's journey on Gaia following the stars and rhythms of Mother Nature.  It is a program that will:

This will not feel like another online training! There are many opportunities to truly connect to your essential nature and feel connected to the others in the program. Sacred space and rituals are interwoven throughout so it doesn't feel like another boring zoom meeting. This program also has both live and self-paced recorded material to learn from and experience with.  You will need a computer or smartphone with access reliable access to the internet. The recordings and teachings are found in the Embodied Mystery School online library and can be accessed at any time after that week's module has been released.  Also, if you want to join us live for the weekly curriculum, soul guidance, and movement classes, you will need to use Zoom.  All of these live classes will be recorded and put into the online library within 24 hours for you to watch at a later time. No in-depth tech understanding is required to complete the course. The online school portal is very intuitive and user-friendly. This mystery school is here for you to create sacred space just for yourself. You are worthy of replenishing yourself and feeling connected with your soul to know your Truth. This program is not meant to deplete you with another "should do" activity. Everything is optional and up to you. When you allow your own self to be nourished with soul-fulfilling experiences, there is a natural generosity with everything you do for others. Use your intuition with what to engage with live, and what to look at later as a recording. One of the reasons I have developed this program is to help women feel empowered and at peace with their BEing and their natural internal rhythm. 

That is fully up to you! This material can be a deep dive into your mystery, or a casual first view.  I want this to be as accessible and manageable for you as possible. You may choose to join our live calls, or watch the recordings later at your convenience. For as long as Embodied Mystery School exists, you will have long-term access to your lessons. That means that you can learn at your own pace and come back to the information over and over again. The online portal will have all the material recorded and available for you to watch anytime in the future.  At most a typical week may take 3-5 hours if you experience all of the lessons, recordings, classes, practices, and meditations.  Like anything, what you put into it is what you will get out of it. However, in the way of the divine feminine, this is a non-linear path where the journey is more important than the destination.  I encourage you to follow your intuition and know that you can continue to deepen your knowledge over time. 

This 8-week program will have many opportunities for learning and interaction with Kristen live on the weekly curriculum calls with time at the end for Q&A, personal reflection, and soul guidance. There is also time after each live movement class for your personal sharing of the experience if desired. You will find plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance from Kristen, as well as your other sisters completing the curriculum if you ask for their advice. Kristen also promptly responds to all comments your write in the course with personal feedback and reflections. If you would like an individual astrology reading, or soul guidance session with Kristen, you can schedule that outside of the course itself, with the sisterhood discount offered.

The way of the feminine is the deep expression of your soul's frequency embodied in your movements.  Each week we will explore a new movement modality that is interwoven with the week's theme and energy. Offerings may include organic expression movement, gentle yoga, dance, and somatic movement. The movement is meant to embody your soul as prayer and deep communion with your highest and deepest Self.  It is not about working out, but working in.

One of Kristen's biggest desires is to bring women together to uplift each other and learn from one another. The school is the well, but the sisterhood is the life spring that nourishes us all. This program has many opportunities to "drink from the eternal well" of the soul and be in connection and collaboration with each other.  The library of lessons includes discussion boards with each individual lesson, weekly live calls to share your experience and ask questions of Kristen and the other women in the program, and time after each movement class to share your experience.  You also have the option to be assigned to an Accountability Triad with other women in, or close to your time zone, so that you can connect and reflect with others on the path.
